This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and through our lending operations, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Through website forms: your name, mobile number, email address (if you choose to give it), village or town, district, PIN code, occupation, the loan product and amount you are interested in, the stated purpose of the loan, indicative household income, existing borrowings, and the content of any message you send us.
• During the loan process: KYC documents and identifiers as required by law (such as Aadhaar, PAN or Voter ID), photographs, address proof, bank account details, income and business information, details of household members and co-borrowers or group members, and any documents supporting the purpose of the loan.

Information collected automatically

• Your IP address and the date and time of a form submission, recorded solely to detect and prevent abuse of our forms.
• A session cookie set by our server. It carries no personal information and exists only to keep your form submission secure against cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser.
• Standard server logs maintained by our hosting provider.

Third-party content on this site

Our contact page embeds a map from Google Maps, and our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When such content loads, the provider may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Nothing you type into our forms is sent to these providers.

2. Why We Use It

• To contact you about an enquiry or application you have made.
• To verify your identity and address as required by applicable Know Your Customer obligations.
• To appraise your creditworthiness and repayment capacity, including by making enquiries with credit information companies where you have consented.
• To administer and service a loan — disbursement, collection, issue of loan cards and statements, and closure.
• To meet our statutory, tax, audit and regulatory reporting obligations, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
• To handle a grievance you raise, and to keep the record of complaints our Fair Practices Code requires.
• To prevent and investigate fraud, impersonation and misuse of our website.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making without human review, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone's marketing purposes. We disclose it only:

• to credit information companies, as permitted by law, for credit appraisal and reporting of your repayment record;
• to an insurer, where you have opted for credit-linked insurance, to the extent needed to issue and service that cover;
• to our bankers and payment service providers, to effect disbursement and collection;
• to our auditors, and to professional advisers bound by a duty of confidentiality;
• to our hosting and email service providers, who process data on our instructions to run this website;
• where required by law, by a court, or by a regulatory or statutory authority; and
• with your consent, in any other case.

4. How Long We Keep It

• Website enquiries that do not become applications: retained up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Loan applications, whether sanctioned or declined, and loan records: retained for the period required by applicable law after closure of the account or the decision, as the case may be, for audit, tax and statutory purposes.
• Grievance records: retained as required under our Fair Practices Code and applicable law.

5. How We Protect It

• This website is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit.
• Form submissions are delivered to a company mailbox and stored in a location that is not accessible from the public internet.
• Access to borrower records is restricted to staff who need it for their work, and staff are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Physical KYC documents are held in locked storage at our office.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will inform you and the appropriate authority as required by law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law and to our statutory record-keeping obligations, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information about you we hold, and provide a copy of it;
• correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
• delete information we are no longer required to keep;
• withdraw a consent you have given, including consent to be contacted by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Withdrawing consent while a loan is outstanding does not affect our right to service and recover it, or our duty to report as required by law.

7. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe we hold such information, please tell us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date above will change. Where a change materially affects how we use information already collected from you, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
