4. Your Form Submissions

• Submitting an application or enquiry form is an enquiry only. It creates no obligation on us to sanction a loan, and no obligation on you to take one.
• You confirm that the information you submit is true and complete, and that you are submitting it on your own behalf, or with the authority of the person whose details you are submitting.
• Every loan is subject to KYC verification, field verification, credit appraisal and our internal credit policy. We may decline any application at our discretion.
• Please do not submit your full Aadhaar number, full bank account number, card details, OTP, PIN or any password through this website. KYC documents are collected in person by our identified field officer.
• Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. No Advance Fee

No fee, deposit or charge of any kind is payable to obtain a loan from us before sanction, and no payment is ever to be made in cash to an individual for their own account. Our staff carry photo identity cards and will never ask for your OTP, PIN or password. Any demand of this kind made in our name is fraudulent, and we accept no liability for a payment made to any person contrary to this clause. Please report such a demand to +91 88960 90940.

6. Intellectual Property

The name Aditi & Anshika Microfinance Private Limited, our logo, and the text, layout, graphics and code of this website are owned by or licensed to the company and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference. All other use requires our prior written consent.

Where this website links to a third-party site or embeds third-party content, such as a map, that is for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.
